Welcome to CrikScorer, a cricket scoring application developed by notinsect ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CrikScorer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CrikScorer provides a digital interface for tracking and recording cricket match statistics. The service includes "Quick Scoring," "Advanced Stats," and PDF scorecard generation.
3. Data Ownership and Responsibility
- Local Storage: CrikScorer stores match data locally on your device. We do not maintain backups of your data on our servers.
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by app uninstallation, device failure, or clearing of app cache. It is the user's responsibility to export important scorecards as PDFs for permanent records.
4. Intellectual Property
The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to notinsect. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Premium Features and Purchases
- Certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription ("Premium").
- All financial transactions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information.
- Refunds are governed by the respective store's refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, notinsect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data.
7. Accuracy of Statistics
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our scoring logic, we do not guarantee that match results or statistics generated by the App will be free from errors. CrikScorer should not be used as the sole official record for professional or high-stakes competitive matches.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
